Destruction at Baker Academy in Punta Gorda was extensive, and included these buildings and some portable classrooms. Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is accompanied by Kameron Keesling, 17, of Punta Gorda. Keesling is the student government president for Punta Gorda's Charlotte High School. Also present are, from left, school principal Barney Duffy and Wayne Sallade, director of emergency management in Charlotte County. Boat up side down  What's in a name? A lot, it seems, at least for this boat, which was left high and dry after Hurricane Charley swept through Charlotte Harbor.  Boats at a Punta Gorda Marina    Blue tarps dot the landscape in the Deep Creek subdivision of Charlotte County. Hurricane Charley caused major damage to roofs and homes in the area.
